Sir Edward Grey to Netherlands Chargé d'Affaires.
Foreign Office, March 20, 1913. IN a note dated the 23rd January last you were good enough to convey to His Majesty's Government, on behalf of the Netherlands Government, an invitation to appoint delegates to proceed to The Hague in June next to examine the question of the ratification of the International Opium Convention of January 1912,
I have now the honour to inform you that His Majesty's Government have much pleasure in accepting the invitation of the Netherlands Government, and will appoint delegates for the date which may he named.
